What should I do if I notice a problem?

Your Co-ordinator is your first point of contact for problems with the course – whether that’s about computer access, or fitting the work into working routines or if you think a trainee or a supervisor is having problems with the course (or each other!).

In the event that either the trainee or the supervisor has a problem with the course, you could help by acting as an intermediary.  In the event of a problem in the library, you are likely to be the first to notice it, and so could also help by raising any problems early.

Your perceptions and experiences of the impact of the course, and the way you experience it will be particularly useful for the Co-ordinator to hear, as they can use it to inform how they continue to roll out the course in your authority.
