It is part of the guarantee of quality that Opening the Book will train and advise your co-ordinator, and assess their work.  Our role is to ensure that the work of the co-ordinator on the course can stand as a benchmark of good practice.  We would not approve a co-ordinator who we felt had a poor understanding of the course.
