The UK contacts database includes email addresses, telephone and fax details for the reader development activists in each authority.  The information is organised by region and features the option to email all the representatives in a single region.  With 12 emails you can reach every library authority in the UK.

This will provide a useful point of access not just to colleagues within libraries, but to publishers, literature development officers, funders and everyone in the literature industry.
