Booklist artwork for a commercial printer

The downloadable A3 booklist PDF files are designed for use by a commercial printer and should be supplied to the printer with instructions that this is a gatefold leaflet, tick marks and fold lines to be added. It would be helpful to supply the printer with a copy of this web page.
