Preparation
For each group you will need:
A selection of fruits and vegetables with at least 6 in each collection in a carrier bag. Make sure you have a mix of traditional English items (cabbage, carrot, apple,) and things from other parts of the world (aubergine, lychee, sweet potato, nectarine, pineapple). To save weight and money you can cut larger items up and wrap them in clingfilm - just so long as they are still recognisable.
